Weiherhaus (Thurnau)

Weiherhaus is a deserted area in the municipality of Thurnau in the Upper Franconian district of Kulmbach .

geography

The wasteland was house number 157 von Thurnau and was at an altitude of 347  m above sea level. NHN 100 meters west of the Fallmeisterei am Kropfenbach, a right tributary of the Aubach .

history

The place was first mentioned by name in 1801 as "Weiherhaus". The property was subject to the Thurnau patrimonial court until 1808 . With the community edict, Weiherhaus was assigned to the tax district of Thurnau in 1811 and to the municipal community of Thurnau in 1818. After 1885 the place was no longer mentioned.
