history

Trumsdorf is an old parish village, whose parish includes the places Alladorf , Tannfeld and Lochau . Trumsdorf had to pay tithes (monetary value) to Würzburg as early as the 9th century. A replica of the Archangel Michael, arranged by Pastor Schmidt, enriches the old Gothic church again.

1121/22 the place was first mentioned as "Drunesdorf". Udalrich Walpoto donated several goods to the Michelsberg Monastery , including goods from the place in question. In 1317 the place was called "Trunsdorf", in 1388 for the first time in its current form "Trumsdorf". The defining word is the personal name Druon. With the personal name the founder of the settlement was probably given.

At the end of the 18th century there were 21 properties in Trumsdorf. The high court was exercised by the Bavarian Bailiwick of Wonsees . The village and township government had the box office Sanspareil held. Were landlords

There was also 1 church, 1 parsonage, 1 schoolhouse and 1 community pastor's house.

From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Sanspareil . With the community edict, Trumsdorf was assigned to the tax district Alladorf in 1811 and to the rural community Alladorf in 1818 . On July 1, 1975, Trumsdorf was incorporated into the Thurnau market as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
