The Holzrichter Glacier is a wide glacier in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It flows from the northeastern slopes of the Prince Olav Mountains between Mount Wade and Mount Oliver to the Gough Glacier , which it reaches immediately north of Mount Dodge .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1966 after Captain Max Alfred Holzrichter (1918-2004), Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the United States Navy Support Units in Antarctica from 1964 to 1965.
