The Hongkong Land Company, Limited ( Chinese  香港 置 地 ) or Hongkong Land for short has been active in the development and operation of residential and commercial real estate since it was founded in 1889. Originally focused on Hong Kong , the company has increasingly expanded its activities to the People's Republic of China and Singapore in recent years . The official company headquarters are in Hamilton , Bermuda . The company is listed on the Straits Times Index on the Singapore Exchange and the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
