Horia-Victor Toma
Horia-Victor Toma (born April 29, 1955 in Ploieşti , Romania ) is a Romanian politician and former member of the European Parliament for the Partidul Național Liberal .
Bușoi had been a member of the European Parliament since April 24, 2007 when he moved up to the same with Cristian Silviu Bușoi , after Adrian Cioroianu and Ovidiu Ioan Silaghi resigned their mandates to take up ministerial posts in the new cabinet of Prime Minister Tăriceanu . On December 9th he left the parliament again through the new elections for the European Parliament in Romania.
Within the European Parliament he was a member of the group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe .
