Horst Krauße

Horst Krauße (born December 27, 1949 in Teichwolframsdorf ) is a German politician and was a member of the Thuringian state parliament for the CDU from 1994 to 2014 .

Life and work

After completing the 10th grade, Horst Krauße did an apprenticeship as a skilled worker for agricultural machinery and tractor fitters from 1966 to 1968 and then worked as a car fitter at SDAG Wismut . From 1968 to 1971 he was a driver at BHG-Greiz and from 1969 to 1971 did his basic military service with the NVA . From 1972 to 1991 he worked as a driver for Greika Greiz in Berga / Elster. From March 1991 he was employed in the Greiz district office. From 1992 to 1994 he completed part-time administration training (FL 1) with the conclusion: Certified administrative employee and from 1994 to 1996 part-time administration training (FL 2) with the degree: Administrative specialist.

Horst Krauße is married and has two children.

Horst Krauße had been a member of the CDU since 1981 . After the reunification he became involved in local politics and was a member of the Greiz district council from 1990 to 1991 and again from 1999 , where he was chairman of the CDU parliamentary group.

From 1994 to 2004 he was a directly elected member of the Thuringian state parliament in the Greiz II constituency . Since 1999 he has been a member of the committees for nature conservation and the environment as well as for science, art and media and spokesman for nature conservation and the environment of the CDU parliamentary group.

He did not run for the 2014 state election .
