Horst Mittelstaedt (State Secretary)

Horst Mittelstaedt (born September 16, 1922 in Cottbus - Ströbitz ) is a German former ministerial official and state secretary in North Rhine-Westphalia .

biography

Horst Mittelstaedt studied after military service in World War II from 1946 law and was 1953 in Cologne with a dissertation on community facilities circular, national communities in Germany with special consideration of the official constitutions Dr. iur. PhD. He then entered the North Rhine-Westphalian civil service and went through a career up to government vice-president in the Düsseldorf administrative region in 1967. From 1970 to 1973 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia. In connection with private use of the company car, he was put into temporary retirement. He then worked as a lawyer.
