Horst Stäcker

Horst Stäcker (born April 28, 1931 in Bremen ; † May 13, 2015 in Bremen) was a German politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

Stäcker was the managing director in Bremen. From 1986 until his retirement he was managing director of the Bremer Lotto-Toto GmbH .

politics

Stäcker had been a member of the SPD since the 1950s. Among other things, he was chairman and member of the board of directors of the local SPD association Woltmershausen and for many years a sub-district and state delegate in the party.

Stäcker was a member of the advisory board for the Bremen-Woltmershausen district.

From 1963 to March 31, 1986 he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for 23 years and was active in numerous deputations ( inter alia, interior affairs, finances) and committees of the citizenship. From 1967 to 1971 he was deputy chairman of the parliamentary group, from 1971 to 1979 chairman or deputy chairman of the Petitions Committee and from 1979 to 1983 chairman of the audit committee .
As a local politician, he accompanied the development of the residential area Im Langen Brink in Woltmershausen .
