The Late Bronze Age hoard of Peelhill ( English Peelhill Hoard ) was discovered in 1961 in a bog near Peelhill Farm, near Drumclog , in South Lanarkshire , Scotland, during drainage work. Those from the time from 950 to 750 BC Objects from the hoard dating back to BC are located in the Glasgow Art Gallery and Museum .

The Peelhill Hort consists of 28 complete or damaged spearheads , a pipe ring, three rings that were used as loops for a sword hanger, an ax , a sword from the Ewart Park phase and fragments of burnt and unburned remains of some spear shafts . Most of the objects have been damaged by bending, breaking, or burning, and some have melted. The same treatment of similar objects can be observed at "Duddingston Loch Hort" in Edinburgh .

The Peelhill Hort used to be believed to be a scrap collection for further processing, but it is more of a collection of weapons and other props that were dumped in the bog as part of a ritual.
