Hospitaler

Originally the Hospitalarius is a clergyman who looks after the poor and hospital ( hospital ) at monasteries and monasteries.

The Hospitaler were at the time of the Crusades to the collective name for the new orders that the pilgrims - stood and health services, such as the German Order of the Hospitallers (later of Malta ), the James Orden and many other brothers and sister communities. The members of these orders were called hospitallers .

Orders of the Hospitallers were founded until the 19th century.
