Hoxud , also Heshuo ( Chinese  和 硕 县 , Pinyin Héshuò Xiàn ; Uighur خوشۇت ناھىيىسى Hoxut Naⱨiyisi ), is a district in the north of the Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous District in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the large municipality of Tewilga (特 吾 裏克 镇).
