Hua'an
Hua'an ( Chinese 华安县 , Pinyin Huá'ān Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Zhangzhou in the Chinese province of Fujian . Its main town is the large community of Huafeng (华 丰镇). The district has an area of 1,300 km² and has 159,099 inhabitants (2000). The population density is 122.38 inhabitants / km².
The Hakka settlements of the " Fujian Earth Buildings " ( Fujian tulou福建 土楼) and the Nanshan Palace ( Nanshan gong南山 宫) have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1996 and 2006, respectively .
