Huaining

Huaining County ( 怀宁 县 , Huáiníng Xiàn ) is a county in the prefecture -level city of Anqing in the Chinese province of Anhui . In 1999 it had 779,410 inhabitants.

Huaining County is made up of sixteen large parishes and seven parishes.
