Zongyang

The district of Zongyang ( Chinese  枞阳县 , Pinyin Zōngyáng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Tongling in the Chinese province of Anhui . Until 2015, the county was part of Anqing City .

The district has an area of ​​1,808 square kilometers and has 960,000 inhabitants (2004). Its main town is the large community of Zongyang (枞阳 镇).
