The municipality of Huaishang ( Chinese  淮 上 区 , Pinyin Huáishàng Qū ) is a municipality in the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Bengbu . Huaishang has an area of ​​232 km² and has a population of 160,000 (2004).
