The Bengshan District ( Chinese  蚌 山区 , Pinyin Bèngshān Qū ) is a district in the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Bengbu . It has an area of ​​83.08 km² and has a population of 260,000 (2004). It is the center and seat of the city government of Bengbu.
