Hubert Hofeneder

Hubert Hofeneder (born November 27, 1915 in Vienna ; † April 20, 1996 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and legal adviser. From 1953 to 1962 he was a member of the National Council .

After four classes in elementary school, Hofeneder graduated from the Realgymnasium of the Theresian Academy and studied at the University of Vienna from 1934 , where he received his doctorate in 1938. Professionally, Hofeneder worked as a commercial clerk and traveler, between 1945 and 1946 he worked as a dispatcher. He was then a lay judge at the labor court senate of the Supreme Court and later took over the management of the employers' department in the Federal Chamber of Commerce (Industry Section). He also represented the ÖVP in the National Council between March 18, 1953 and December 14, 1962.

Hubert Hofeneder was buried in the Hietzingen cemetery after his death .
