Hudson Institute

The Hudson Institute is a leading conservative think tank in the United States . It was 1961 in Croton-on-Hudson in upstate New York from futurologist Herman Kahn founded and Max Singer and Oscar Ruebhausen. In 1984 the institute's headquarters were relocated to Indianapolis and in 2004 to Washington, DC . The current president is Kenneth R. Weinstein (as of 2016). Executive Director Charles Davidson resigned in 2018 when he learned that the Hudson Institute had accepted a $ 50,000 donation from Len Blavatnik .
