Hugo Bonatti (writer)

Hugo J. Bonatti (born April 1, 1933 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian writer.

Life

The elementary school teacher began his literary activity in the mid-1950s. First publications took place in the 1960s. With wisps 1972 his first book was published. Primarily a prose writer, he also writes poetry, writes dramas, and writes articles and reviews for the press. Numerous reading trips took the author through Croatia, Poland, Slovenia to New York and Prague, among others. In his role as Vice President of the Tyrol Section of the Austrian PEN Club and member of the board of the Tower Association , Bonatti occupies an important position in the literary life of Tyrol. Bonatti took part in radio broadcasts for Radio Tirol.

Bonatti describes himself as a "prevented musician". His prose is characterized by musical elements, so he uses composition techniques in his speaking oratorios, etc. a. in the Missa 'Eleison et da Requiem' , Megapolis and Crucifige .
