Hugo Dreyer

Hugo Dreyer (born March 22, 1910 in Gersweiler (Saar), † November 23, 1982 in Wolfsburg ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE , CDU ).

Dreyer began a commercial apprenticeship after attending school. Several years of experience in mining followed. He was evacuated to Altmark at the beginning of the Second World War . On November 1, 1935, he became a member of the NSDAP, membership number 6.910.610. In 1941 he started working in the automotive industry. He participated in the war from 1943 to 1945.

Dreyer was a member of the administrative committee of the Helmstedt employment office . He was elected member of the board of the regional association and deputy chairman of the representative assembly of the federal association of company health insurance funds. He was also active as a member of the representative assembly of the Hanover State Insurance Company.

Dreyer was a member of the council of the city of Wolfsburg since 1951. He was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament for the third to fifth electoral term from May 6, 1955 to June 5, 1967. Until November 28, 1958, he belonged to the GB / BHE parliamentary group and later to the CDU parliamentary group.
