Huishui ( Chinese  惠 水 县 , Pinyin Huìshuǐ Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the Qiannan Autonomous District of Bouyei and Miao in the south of Guizhou Province . Huishui has an area of ​​2,463.8 km² and has a population of 246,380 (2003). Its main town is the large community of Heping (和平 镇).
