The Qiongzhong Autonomous County of the Li and Miao ( 琼中黎族苗族自治县 , Qióngzhōng Lízú Miáozú zìzhìxiàn ) is an autonomous county in the Hainan Province in the south of the People's Republic of China . In 1999 it had 196,581 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Yinggen ( 营根镇 ).
