Xiuying

 Xiuying in the west of Haikou

Xiuying ( 秀英 区 , Xiùyīng Qū ) is the western Chinese municipality of the prefecture-level city of Haikou in the north of Hainan Province . It has an area of ​​512 km² and counted 349,544 inhabitants in the 2010 census. In 2002 there were 290,000 inhabitants.
