The city of Qionghai ( Chinese 琼海市 , Pinyin Qiónghǎi Shì ) is an independent city in the east of the Chinese island province of Hainan . Qionghai reports directly to the provincial government. In 2010, Qionghai had 483,217 residents.

The residence of the Cai family ( Cai jiazhai ) in the greater community Bo'an one of their monumental sights.
