The canton of Thiais is a French constituency in the arrondissement of L'Haÿ-les-Roses , in the department of Val-de-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Thiais . Bruno Tran ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 1993 .
