The canton of Bry-sur-Marne was a French constituency in the arrondissement of Nogent-sur-Marne , in the department of Val-de-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France until 2015 ; its main town was Bry-sur-Marne . Dominique Roblin ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015 .
