The Canton of Villeneuve-Saint-Georges is a French constituency in the arrondissements of Créteil and L'Haÿ-les-Roses , in the department of Val-de-Marne and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town is Villeneuve-Saint-Georges . Nathalie Dinner ( PCF ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2011 .
