The canton of Villiers-sur-Marne is a French constituency in the arrondissements of Créteil and arrondissement Nogent-sur-Marne , in the department of Val-de-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Villiers-sur-Marne . Simonne Abraham-Thisse ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2008 .
