The Canton Vincennes-Est was 2015 a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Nogent-sur-Marne , in the department of Val-de-Marne and the region Ile-de-France . From 2000 to 2011, Jean-Michel Seux ( UMP ) was the representative in the Department's General Council . He was followed by Dominique Le Bideau ( NC ).
