The Canton of Charenton-le-Pont is a French constituency in the district of Nogent-sur-Marne , in the department of Val-de-Marne and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town is Charenton-le-Pont . Jean-Marie Brétillon ( UMP ) has been a representative on the General Council of the Department since 1998 .
