The canton of Cachan is a French constituency in the arrondissement of L'Haÿ-les-Roses , in the department of Val-de-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Cachan . Alain Blavat ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2002 .
