The Autonomous District Baisha Li ( 白沙黎族自治县 , Baisha Lizu Zizhixian ) is an autonomous county of Li in the province of Hainan ( 海南省 ) south of the People's Republic of China . In 2010 it had 167,918 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Yacha ( 牙 叉 镇 ).
