The Baoting Autonomous County of the Li and Miao ( 保亭 黎族 苗族 自治县 , Bǎotíng Lízú Miáozú Zìzhìxiàn ) is an autonomous county in the Hainan Province ( 海南 省 ) in the south of the People's Republic of China . In 2010 it had 146,684 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Baocheng ( 保 城镇 ).
