The Weining Autonomous County of the Yi, Hui and Miao ( 威宁彝族回族苗族自治县 , Wēiníng Yízú Huízú Miáozú zìzhìxiàn ), in short: Weining County ( 威宁县 , Wēiníng xiàn ), is an autonomous county of the Yi , Hui and Miao (Hmong) the city of Bijie in the Chinese province of Guizhou . In 1999 it had 993,771 inhabitants.
