Minhe (Haidong)

The Hui and Tu Minhe Autonomous County ( 民和 回族 土族 自治县 , Mínhé Huízú Tǔzú zìzhìxiàn ) is an Autonomous County of the Hui and Tu in the Chinese administrative district of Haidong in the east of Qinghai Province . It has an area of ​​1,780 km² and has a population of around 370,000 (2004). Its main town is the large community of Chuankou (川口 镇).

The listed sites of Machangyuan ( Majiayao culture ) and Lajia ( Qijia culture ) are on its territory.
