The building was built in 1893. It was entered under No. H 031 on October 14, 1986 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
House No. 60, built in 1893, is a two-story building in three axes , and the entrance niche is on the ground floor. The house has a mansard roof covered with slate . The facade is designed based on Renaissance forms .
The building is completely faithful to the original. In addition to the old floors, there is the staircase (oak), stucco ceilings , doors, staircase paintings and a large part of the old inventory . In this almost museum-like intactness, an example of Wilhelmine building and living that is worth protecting.
