Humpe & Humpe (also Humpe • Humpe or Inga & Anete Humpe ) was the name of the joint music project of the German musician sisters, pop singers and music producers Annette (* 1950) and Inga Humpe (* 1956). In 1985 and 1987 the duo released the albums Humpe • Humpe and Swimming with Sharks, as well as single releases from these albums.

Swimming with Sharks was also the band name under which Inga and Anete Humpe tried to expand their careers to Anglo-Saxon-speaking areas such as the USA and Great Britain , as the name "Humpe" seemed unsuitable for this; however, there was no noticeable success in these countries.

Before and after the Humpe • Humpe project , Inga was a member of various bands, including Neonbabies , DÖF and 2raumwohnung ; also Annette, who was active at Ideal and belongs to Ich + Ich . She produced Rio Reiser , Heiner Pudelko , Die Prinzen , Lucilectric and Palais Schaumburg .

Both of the sisters' albums and two singles hit the charts.
