The IBM Germany Customer Support Services GmbH is a German IT services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM Germany GmbH .

history

Computer Service Partner GmbH (CSP) was founded in 1991 as a joint venture between IBM Deutschland GmbH and Robotron and was later taken over by IBM as a 100% subsidiary.

In 1996 the four IBM subsidiaries CSP Computer Service Partner GmbH, DS Data Sciences GmbH, WBI Weiterbildungsgesellschaft für Informationstechnik mbH and csd Computer-Systemdienste GmbH merged to form csg Computer Service GmbH .

Since July 1, 2008, the company has been operating as IBM Germany Customer Support Services GmbH (CSS). The company's headquarters are in Erfurt and Berlin , with headquarters in Stuttgart. CSS has 37 other branches in Germany and currently employs around 350 people who are spread across the whole of Germany.
