ICC World Cricket League Division Three 2014
The ICC World Cricket League Division Three 2014 was the fifth edition of this one-day cricket competition and took place between October 23 and 30, 2014 in Malaysia . The competition was part of the ICC World Cricket League 2012-18 . In the final, Nepal beat Uganda with 62 runs.

A total of six teams took part in the tournament. Of these, the teams that took the last two places in the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2014 qualified :

format
In a group stage, each team played against each other. The winner of a game received two points, and a tie or no result received one point. The first two of the group qualify for the ICC World Cricket League Division Two 2015 and contested a final. The third and fourth placed remained in Division Three and play in the ICC World Cricket League Division Three 2017 . The fifth and sixth placed were relegated to Division Four and participated in the ICC World Cricket League Division Four 2016 .
