The IP Germany GmbH is a marketing company based in Cologne. It traditionally sells television advertising, but is also active in the cookie business, with the primary aim of deriving advertising profiles from the personal data of visitors to certain websites.

IP Deutschland is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RTL Television, which in turn belongs to the listed RTL Group based in Luxembourg. The company manages the sale of advertising time for the television channels RTL , RTLplus, VOX , SUPER RTL , n-tv and NITRO . It also markets the Internet offers of the associated and associated Internet portals.

Around 250 employees work at the headquarters in Cologne and in the sales offices in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich.
