ISO Master is free software for Linux and BSD for creating and editing ISO-9660 files ( ISO images ).

Availability
It is distributed as free software for Unix-like operating systems, including the source code, under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL). The proprietary Windows version that was commercially licensed as time-limited shareware is no longer available. For Windows, however, a package created from the free source code is now available in the Cygwin distribution. Under Cygwin and in the popular Linux distributions Debian , Ubuntu and Fedora , it can be installed directly from the standard package sources.
history
A working beta version was released as the first version in August 2006 . Starting with version 1.3 of December 2007, an official, proprietary Windows version will also be published. On August 26, 2008, a third party released a free version for Cygwin , which was replaced on May 23, 2012 by an official Cygwin package.
