ISRN

ISRN is the abbreviation for International Standard Technical Report Number , an international identification system for technical reports. These are documents in both printed and electronic form.

The system is described in the international standard ISO 10444: 1994. This standard was revoked in 2007.

An ISRN is an alphanumeric code with a maximum of 36 characters. The "ISRN" is always placed in front, followed by a unique identification number.
