I Classici musicali italiani ("Classics of Italian Music") by the Fondazione Eugenio Bravi is a series of musical monuments from Italy . It was originally planned to be 60 volumes, but was canceled after the death of the chief editor, Giacomo Benvenuti . A total of 15 volumes have been published, Milan: Classici Musicali Italiani, since 1941 (also in Leipzig: Friedrich Hofmeister ).
