I Fagiolini

I Fagiolini ("The Beans") are a British vocal ensemble specializing in ancient and contemporary music. Founded in 1986 by Robert Hollingworth in Oxford, the group won the 2006 Royal Philharmonic Society Award for Ensemble of the Year . She has gained an international reputation through unusual music presentations, especially in John La Bouchardière's film "The Full Monteverdi", and has recorded various CDs and a DVD with Orazio Vecchi's L'Amfiparnaso with Simon Callow .
