Actress Cara Delevingne made her debut as a singer with the song

The song I Feel Everything was decoupled from the soundtrack in July 2017 and simultaneously released as a single and as a music video. The song was created in collaboration with Pharrell Williams, who also produced the single. Alissia Lehle from Elle describes the result as a mixture of soul and spoken word . For the music video, Delevingne enlisted the help of director Luc Besson , with whom she had already worked on the shooting of the movie. In the video she shows herself dressed in a black pant suit, both brunette, blonde and red-haired.

Speaking to USA Today , Delevingne said of the fact that her name appears on the soundtrack to the movie Valerian after David Bowie and before Bob Marley : “I can't describe how happy I was when I was saw the plate. Standing between the two, I couldn't believe it was true. ”Delevingne also explained that the song was inspired by the feeling of falling in love, being vulnerable and feeling everything for the first time:“ We all need love and love can save the day. ”Delevingne made her debut as a singer with the song.

Sam Reed of The Hollywood Reporter comments on Delevingne's vocal debut that it presents the lively melody in a way that sounds refreshing, as if it had got by without any subsequent digital pitch corrections .
