Ian Reed
Ian Reed ( Ian Manley Reed; born July 13, 1927 ) is a former Australian discus thrower .
In 1950 he won the British Empire Games in Auckland . At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 , he was eliminated from qualification.
He was four times Australian champion (1948-1950, 1954). He set his personal best of 49.56 m in 1952.
