Ignacio Coll Riudavets (born September 5, 1987 ) is a former Spanish tennis player .

Career

Coll Riudavets, who played tennis tournaments from 2005, was among the top 500 in the world rankings for the first time at the end of 2007 in singles and doubles . That year he also won his first title on the third-rate ITF Future Tour in singles , while he won four futures in doubles that year.

In doubles, the Spaniard also won four future titles in each of the following two years and achieved his best position of his career in July 2009 with place 282. In 2010, six more titles were added, making a total of 18 in his career. In singles, he came up with three titles, which he won in 2007 in Mexico, 2009 and 2011 in Spain. His best placement dates back to October 2008 with place 412. He also made it into the quarter-finals of a challenger four times , the next higher category after the futures, most recently in 2009 in San Sebastián . In 2006 he made it to the semi-finals once.

Coll Rioidavets had his only appearance on the ATP Tour in 2009 at the ATP Tour 500 event in Barcelona , where he failed at the opening hurdle alongside Rafael Nadal . He played the last tournaments in July 2011 before retiring from his career.
