Ikki Arai ( Japanese 新 井 一 耀 Arai Ikki ; born November 8, 1993 in Chiba Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Arai learned to play soccer on the school team at Shimizu Commercial High School and the university team at Juntendo University . He signed his first contract in 2016 with Yokohama F. Marinos . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club he completed eight first division games. In August 2017, he moved to second division Nagoya Grampus on loan . At the end of the 2017 season, the club rose to the top division. After the loan ended, he was firmly committed in 2018. The 2019 season he was loaned to JEF United Chiba . At the beginning of 2020 he was signed by JEF.
