il Civetto is a German pop band from Berlin. It was founded in 2010 and has influences from Balkan music, folk and swing.
history
The success of a jam session in the Berlin subway in 2010 led to a first booking, on which the band was founded. After several appearances at private parties, the group recorded two EPs on their own . According to their own statement, the musicians collect their influences on trips, whose impressions they process in their music.
In 2015 she released her self-titled debut album with Robert Kondorosi von Budzillus as producer. The album received very good reviews from the critics. Interviews, television appearances and numerous festival shows followed.
