Ilya Igorevich Lagutenko ( Russian Илья Игоревич Лагутенко ; born October 16, 1968 in Moscow ) is a Russian actor and musician .

Life

Shortly after his birth, Lagutenko's family moved to Vladivostok . There he learned Chinese at school, and thanks to a children's choir, Ilya was able to travel and sing across half of the Soviet Union . In 1992 he graduated from the Far East University as a Far East and Africa specialist. He worked for companies in England and China , among others . Lagutenko then founded the rock group Mumi Troll with three colleagues . He also asked the then unknown Semfira Ramasanova ( Russian Земфира Рамазанова ) to sing in his first album, whereupon Semfira also became a successful singer.

Filmography

Ilya is also active as an actor. Ilya played the vampire Andrei in the movie Night Guard ( Ночной Дозор ).
